I've been doing some research on online shopping carts and putting together or maintaining an online store. Even though I've done some websites in the past, that is one thing that I've never had occasion to learn about or do anything with.
From the research I've done, it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out. There are quite a few services out there, so the hard part is choosing between them. Thankfully most of them offer a free trial, so it would be easy to try them out before making any kind of commitment or paying any fees.
It looks like, besides offering the shopping cart software, they provide a complete online store builder with everything from professional templates to make your store look great to customer registration and login. And if you don't know anything about technology, they have experts to help you get everything set up and ready to go - so you can start selling whatever it is you're selling in no time. What that means to me is that I wouldn't have to figure it all out for myself. I could do what I know how to do and leave the details about how an online store works to the experts.
If you've got something to sell, what that means for you is that you can concentrate on your products and services while your online store brings in the customers and sales. There are different packages to choose from, so you can choose the right one for your products and needs, and upgrading is simple if or when your needs change. And somebody is always there to answer your questions or help you out with the details.

Save Money with DealDash
I've been seeing posts about DealDash on Facebook recently. People are getting some really good deals on things like cameras, computers, and sewing machines - just to name a few of the deals I've seen.
The way it works is you sign up for a free account and purchase what they call Bid Packs. These are sold in packs of 60, 100, or more and usually cost 60¢ per bid, but there are often Bid Sales where you can get them for as little as 15¢ per bid. Currently they're going for 17¢.
Once you have your free DealDash account and have purchased some bids, you can start looking for deals and start bidding. All auctions start at $0, and each bid raises the price by one penny. Highest bidder wins the auction, and that is the price they pay. I've been watching the front page, and there are lots of items available. The final prices are pretty good. Of course, I can't really tell how many times people are bidding on these items, and the cost of the bids would have to be factored into the cost. Even with that, I think people are getting items for significantly less than they could buy them elsewhere.
It's risk free to try Deal Dash. Here's why:

- If you’re a first time bidder on DealDash and use all your bids without winning a single auction, DealDash will return all the bids from your first bid pack purchase, for free, to give you a second chance!
- Bidding on DealDash is also risk free thanks to the Buy it Now option. If you don’t win the auction, you can buy the item you were bidding on for its regular price and get back all the bids you used in that auction for free. This way you not only get the desired item, you don't lose the bids and can use them again to try and win another auction.
- DealDash offers a no questions asked 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, DealDash will refund your entire first purchase – no questions asked!

We Need to Buy Some Wine Now
Remember a while back I said I was going to be reviewing a product from CSN Stores. Well, I finally decided what I wanted to order. It's so hard with everything there is to choose from. But I finally decided to order this wine rack.
Shipping was really quick. Unfortunately, when it arrived and my husband started to assemble it, he discovered that there was a piece missing, and a couple of the other pieces were pretty beat up. It was definitely not the quality that we expected. However, it did give me a chance to try out the great customer service at CSN Stores. I filled out the easy online form letting them know what the problem was, and they got back to me right away and shipped the replacement within a few days. They took care of the problem no questions asked, and the replacement was in much better shape.
Jeffrey put it together, and now we have a wine rack! It wasn't until I went to put the wine on the rack so I could take a picture that I realized we only have two bottles of wine. Yep, we really need to buy some wine to put on our brand new wine rack. It looks good, though, doesn't it?
I received a promotional code from CSN Stores and was able to choose anything I wanted for review. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have You Seen These Rugs?
When my husband and son got our deck and pergola built, we happened to see some bamboo shades in a home improvement store. We bought one and hung it from the pergola to block the late afternoon sun, and then went back for another one. We love them. They look nice, and they're easy to drop when we want to be out on the deck but the sun is too strong. What I never realized until recently is that you can get Bamboo rugs too. I'd heard of bamboo flooring, which I really want to use if we ever get around to putting hardwood floors in the house, but not rugs. I really like the idea of using bamboo because it replenishes itself a lot faster than trees you get most wood from.
I really love the look of these rugs, both the mats and the shag rugs. Who knew you could get shag rugs made from bamboo? Apparently you can sheets made from bamboo, too. Did anybody know that? Have you tried them? Now I'm really wanting to find some so I can try them out.
While I was looking at the bamboo rugs, I had to check out the Seagrass rugs too. I think I like these even better. They're supposed to be really durable, and they don't gather dust, and I just like the way they look. I think they'd be nice right inside my doors, to walk onto when we come in from outside. I'm not planning to buy rugs for a while, but I'm going to keep something like this in mind for next time I'm looking for some.

Reviewing a Product from CSN Stores
The kind folks at CSN Stores have offered to let me review one of their products. Of course I jumped at the chance because there are a lot of really nice products available from CSN Stores. With over 200 online stores, CSN Stores has practically anything you need or want. You can buy area rugs, ceiling fans, corner tv stands, dinnerware, home decor, and so much more. My problem is going to be deciding what it is that I want!
If you haven't heard of CSN Stores before, be sure to check them out. You can shop at any or all of those over 200 stores and check out with one shopping cart. Shipping is free on many items, and their customer service is really great.
Come back soon to see my review. Well, not too soon - I've got some deciding to do!

Who Wants to Pig Out with Me?
A while back I mentioned that we were using Bing Cashback, and getting money back every time we did any online shopping. It was great. We got back over $100. But then they went and discontinued the program.
I hadn't yet figured out what to do next when I saw a commercial for The Pig tonight, so I checked it out. It looks like the same idea - click through from the site whenever you do any online shopping and get cash back. The percentage varies by store. Unlike bing, it looks like you can use coupon codes in addition to getting your cash back - meaning you can save even more.
Sign up is free and easy - just enter your email address and choose a password, and you're ready to go! Start filling that Piggy Bank and getting back some of the money you spend online. Also, if you use my referral link to sign up and make $25 in qualifying purchases in the first 30 days, we'll both get an additional $5 added to our Piggy Banks. There's no limit to the number of friends you can refer and no limit to the amount of cash back you can earn.
If you're going to be shopping online anyway, why not get some of that money back?

bing cashback
If you do any shopping online, you'll want to check out bing. All you have to do is create a FREE account, and then whenever you do any online shopping, start with bing. You can search for what you're looking for right on the bing site, and bing will list prices at various stores and also show you the amount of cashback you can get, so you can pick the best price. Then just click through to go to the store and make your purchase.
You can also just choose a store from the list of cashback stores, click through and do your shopping on that site. Once you make a purchase, bing will send you an email to confirm your savings. There is a waiting period of about 60 days before you can claim your cashback, but then you can request it to be sent to your PayPal account or have it deposited into your bank account, as long as you have at least $5 in your account.
So far we've earned almost $75 in cashback, shopping at stores like Newegg.com, Buy.com, and Walmart.com. The savings really add up when you order big-ticket items like a laptop computer, but the little things add up, too.
And, through December 2, bing is offering extra cashback, so the savings are even better - 15% cashback at Walmart.com, 14% cashback at Barnes & Noble, and 25% cashback at Footlocker.com, just to name a few. I ordered a bunch of DVDs at Walmart.com this morning at really good prices, free shipping to my home, and that 15% cashback. Gotta love it!
So, if you're going to be doing any shopping, and who isn't? - you might as well get some money back for doing it, right? Claim your cashback from bing.
